Privacy and participation terms

Extrokids receives your name, mobile, child’s age range, GPay UPI ID and video to verify participation, review the video, contact you, and record manual rewards. Videos are kept private while under review and accessed by authorised reviewers. By ticking the consent box, you give Extrokids permission to use the submitted video in public posts on extrokids.com and Extrokids’ Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts, and in paid ads Extrokids runs on its official social accounts. The social platforms may host and deliver those ads for Extrokids. Extrokids will not share or license the video to another brand or advertiser for its own promotions. Your Shopify account identifies your submissions. Submitted mobile and UPI details are self-reported. Campaign files are hosted privately with Cloudflare. Contact support@extrokids.com for help, correction, withdrawal or deletion. You can withdraw while your submission is awaiting review. Self-service withdrawal closes once it is marked eligible or rejected. Contact support@extrokids.com for deletion requests after review. Payment and audit records may remain where required.

Each day runs from midnight to midnight India time. Up to 30 eligible parents are manually selected per campaign day based on video quality; one ₹100 reward per mobile number and per UPI ID per calendar month (both limits apply), with multiple submissions allowed. ₹100 rewards may be approved during the day and are paid manually by GPay. One eligible video is manually selected for age-appropriate toys worth ₹5,000 at advertised retail value. Judges consider genuine play, clear parent feedback, and visible toy use; positive feedback is not required.

Videos are stored privately in Cloudflare and may be archived on Extrokids’ Synology storage without automatic expiry. Cloud copies are eligible for removal after at least seven days only once the archive has been verified. Contact support@extrokids.com to request deletion. Submission, consent and reward records are retained separately.

Who can participate?

Existing Extrokids customers with genuine eligible video submissions. All valid submissions may be considered for the daily toy prize.

How are rewards selected?

Up to 30 eligible parents per campaign day may be manually selected for ₹100 via GPay based on video quality after review. Extrokids manually selects one daily video winner using published judging criteria. Honest opinions, including criticism, are welcome.

Will my child's video be published?

If you agree to the consent box, Extrokids may use the video in public posts on extrokids.com and its official Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts, and in paid ads it runs on its official social accounts. The social platforms may host and deliver those ads for Extrokids. Extrokids will not share or license the video to another brand or advertiser for its own promotions.

Rewards are subject to eligibility checks and video verification. Up to 30 eligible parents are manually selected per campaign day for ₹100 via GPay; one reward per contact number and UPI ID per calendar month.
