Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Extrokids at extrokids.com. Please read them together with our shipping and cancellation policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy.

Orders and product information

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Product descriptions explain quantities, age guidance and any random colour or design selection. Illustrative promotional images do not replace the individual product description.

Prices, payments and offers

Review product prices and final charges before payment. Prices may change for future orders. Only one coupon or offer applies per order; bulk, school and wholesale discounts cannot be combined with PREPAID10 or another offer.

  • BULK15: 15% off carts above ₹12,000.
  • BULK20: 20% off carts of ₹30,000 or more for retail bulk and return gifts.
  • SCHOOL25: 25% off carts of ₹45,000 or more for school orders.
  • WS30: 30% off carts of ₹50,000 or more for approved wholesale customers after GST and Aadhaar verification.

Thresholds use website selling prices before the coupon discount, excluding shipping. Shipping is not discounted. Wholesale customers must use their approved checkout email. See the bulk, school and wholesale pages for ordering steps.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our linked policies explain delivery estimates, cancellation requests and 30-day returns. Returns require support approval; we arrange pickup after approval. Any product-specific custom order terms will be explained before purchase.

Safe use

Follow each product's age guidance and instructions. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate, particularly for small parts, craft materials and activities.

Reviews and submitted content

Submit only content you are authorised to share. Do not post private identity documents or another person's confidential information. Any use of campaign videos or children's images is governed by the consent given for that submission.

Website use

Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or infringement of others' rights. Third-party services may have their own terms.

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law. These terms are governed by Indian law. Contact support for any issue; complaints will be reviewed and escalated as needed.
